Butterfly birthday...take 2

Hello fellow crafters!!

Awhile back I altered a paint can for my niece, Aiyana, for her birthday, only for it to be lost in the mail.  SO, I did another one.  I must say I am very pleased with the way this one came out!! very girly!!  I had a lot of fun decorating it.  I guess the more you do the easier it becomes.  It reminds me of quilting.  It takes awhile to find just the right fabric to start your quilt...such as choosing paper!

Close up one of of the letters in her name.  Gotta love stickles and glossy accents!

Top and side view.  I JUST love the paper!!

CLose up of butterfly

To make this I used:
Gypsy (of course) for the layering of the butterfly and proportion of letters to butterflies.
Carts: Storybook for letters and butterflies
Paper: DCWV A Pocket full of Posies, Colorbok (solid colors)
Misc: Stickles around butterfly, glossy accents on letters, ribbon from stash, flower and butterfly bling from stash,  and tombow adhesive.

I will post the dimensions at a later time.

Happy Crafting!

Hugs,
Michelle
